At SlabGuard, we work to get your order packed and shipped as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the carrier has received the package.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to select domestic and international destinations. Availability and shipping options will be shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
SlabGuard TCG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@slabguardtcg.com and we will do our best to help investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. SlabGuard TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
