Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We accept refund or replacement requests only for defective products.
To be eligible:

The item must be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery confirmation

Proof of purchase is required

Photos or videos showing the defect may be requested to help us process your claim faster
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper storage

Change of mind or incorrect ordering

Cosmetic variations that do not affect product performance
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To start a claim, please email us

Clear photos or videos of the defect
Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

Provide a refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide instructions. In cases of confirmed defects, return shipping costs will be covered by SlabGuard.
